We are a flexible team of experienced HR consultants with a vast experience of working within the private and public sectors, including Local Authorities.

The founders, Karen Barker (CIPD) and Peter Jacobs (CIPD) have over 30 years combined experience of partnering with and advising senior leaders on all areas of people management. Experts in HR Strategy, recruitment and selection, complex case management and mediation, with experience of working at senior levels within the private and public sectors.
