Clients requirements

An electrical company employing 15 staff needed to introduce contracts of employment and a staff handbook of policies and procedures

What we did

Drafted a template contract of employment
Met with the Director to consider the required contractual terms and conditions
Reviewed the draft contract and implemented a final template
Drafted a staff handbook of policies and procedures

Outcome

The client now has a contract of employment and staff handbook for all employees. The introduction of the contract and handbook provides the client with a clear set of policies and procedures that employees sign up to. The client also uses the helpline for advice and consultancy services on an ad-hoc basis for employee meetings.
